Brief Answer:
Nothing serious - looks like angioedema

Detailed Answer:
Hi...by what you say I feel that it could be a angioedema or allergy.

If your daughter is sleeping comfortably than nothing need to worry if it is angioedema or allergy.

It could be oral thrush or fungal infection too.

For allergy - You can use Hydroxyzine at 1-2mg/kg/dose every 6th to 8th hourly for 7-10 days. It is available as Syrup Atarax. But this is a prescription drug.

Please upload the image after your daughter wakes up.

Brief Answer:
Aphthous ulcer - use Kenacort gel

Detailed Answer:
Hi...This seems like an aphthous ulcer. Sometimes it can be viral illness related and sometimes it can be stress related.

I suggest you use - Kenacort gel on the ulcer region thrice day for 5 days 30 minutes before feeding.

Apart from this you can use - Multivitamin tonic as advised.
