Question : The bite happened 48 hrs ago. I still have some redness (less then before)and swelling. Should I go to the ER?

If redness and swelling are decreasing then there is no need to see doctor urgently. But you should take 5 days antibiotic course. You should apply cold compresses,take ibuprofen 2x400mg and keep arm elevated. Wish you good health. Regards
