Question : My hands become red and white blotchy sometimes. Especially after work out. Is it normal or is it a sign of some underlying problem. Attached is the photo

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is absolutely fine.
This red and white blochiness is a normal physiological variant in some individuals due to the pattern of underlying blood vessels.
No need to worry about it.
