Brief Answer:
Seems to be candidal balanoposthitis, rule out infection in sexual partner

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints you seem to have developed candidal balanoposthitis.
It is a yeast infection which can be transmitted sexually.
If you developing it after intercourse there is high probability of it being acquired from your sexual partner.
Do ask your partner about vaginal discharge, itching or irritation in vaginal region.
If Your partner is having history of whitish vaginal discharge and itching she might be having candidiasis and needs treatment.
This will prevent recurrence of infection in you.
Meanwhile if I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply sertaconazole cream on the affected area twice daily.
Besides this keep the foreskin clean and dry and maintain personal hygiene.
Also rule out diabetes by getting your fasting blood sugar tested.
