Question : Hi, my meatus is inflammation and there is redness on the tip of my penis with small bumps. Head of penis looks dry, this all happen after a one-night stand, I had unprotected oral, vaginal and anal sex. She claims to be clean and I did a full panel STD test and everything came out negative. It's been a month now and I still have these conditions. My sex drive is low and I feel discomfort. Doctors said everything looks normal and just told me to put Vaseline for the irritation. I have had sex a few times since but felt penis very irrated. Please help

Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted, it appears that you have developed inflammation of urethra (Urethritis) due to unprotected oral, vaginal and anal sex ,

Oral cavity and anal canal is natural habitat for multiple bacterial flora hence one is prone to get infection and inflammation of urethra due to sexual encounters.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
