Question: Hello doctor . today while i was bathing and as usual i was trying to wash my penis but my inside penis (when i pull back my foreskin) it became red colour and got pain. i attached my penis photos and how to get rid off . i'm feeling little bit itching on my penis too.

No doctor . I never had sex before. i didn't apply any cream , deodorant ..etc. nothing .. i haven't had sex and i did not apply anything on my genital area

Thank u doctor. Sir i found Hydrocortisone but not cortisone. Are they both same? can i take hydrocortisone cream? OR is any other brand names there ?And how to apply can i apply exact affected redness area? you mentioned it mild steroid . Is there any side effects? plzz explain doctor.

Yes you can take hydrocortisone.
It is same as cortisone.
Just apply it over the affected area twice daily.
