Question: I have redness at the tip of the penis right at opening had sti test and had an eximanyion and they came back fine. However I have one slight small blister under for skin but no signs of blisters with puss like symptoms which you will find with images like herpies. Whilst all this is going on my penis it self feels cold and like I am wetting my self but there is nothing there. Can you help.

Brief Answer:
If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Non irritating blistering like appearance can be most likely fordyce spot. Fordyce spots are harmless. Taking more garlic and anti oxidants will be helpful. Herpes will be presented with symptoms like itching, burning sensation and pain usually.

As your STI tests are fine then nothing to worry. Redness can be due to eczema. Applying aloe vera gel will be helpful. If not helping then Corticosteroid ointments may help.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
