Question : Hi I am 72 years old, in good health, the only prescription medicine I have is Advair for Asthma. I had a lumpectomy 4 years ago and do not take any medication. I take B and a multi for over 50. I am 5'5" and weigh 135, I still work over 50 hours a week. I am losing my curves and I believe it is due to no estrogen, but will not take prescription drugs. Do you have a suggestion for a natural homone replacement.

Black cohosh roots,Soybeans,ginseng, fenugreek, licorice, sarsaparilla, flaxseed, red clover, or chaste-tree berry are all natural alternatives to Hormone Replacement Therapy . However there is little data on their effectiveness or safety. It is better to consult a qualified herbalist or naturopath before using alternative therapies.
