Question : My son 24 years old now got acute pschychosis in XXXXXXX 2014.He was admitted for 10 days and was under treatment. for last one yearonly yamipride 50 mg for alternate days .He was preparing for competitions.The medicine sometimes got discontinued sometimes and he also sat for night study.The symptoms recurred on 3.12.2016.He was admitted for 9 days and is under medication.
He is okay in morning.Wakes up at 6 a.m. bathes.does worshipping. But after 5. p.m he speaks something illogical and is in bad temper.
When will he be normal

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. He possibly needs an adjustment in the spacing of doses. Possibly the drug concentration in the blood is dropping by the evening leading to inadequate control manifesting in bad temper. You need to consult your doctor. With dose modification he should be fine soon.
