                                    Brief Answer:
Take aspirin or warfarin for antiphospholipid disease under immunologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As discussed earlier in our discussion the prognosis is good as far as risk factors are treated well and diagnosis of small vessel disease is made.
In light of renal hypoplasia and antiphospholipid disease you need to be on treatment under guidance of a immunologist as the disease has relapses with accumulative damage to brain and other body organs.
For treatment you need to take blood thinner like aspirin or warfarin under guidance of an immunologist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
