Question : My husband is in Pramipexole 0.75 for restless leg syndrome - last night he kicked up a storm and it never stopped nor did he get any sleep - can I raise the dosage or any suggestions

Increase in dose does not help

I have gone through your query.

First of all, never alter the dosage of any medication without consultation.
Here increasing the dose will not be of much help, as many clinical trails have shown that dose above .75, does not provides additional benefit.

So I would suggest you to see consulting doctor for further help.
