Suggest Treatment For Restless Leg Syndrome

Question : On most nights I have restless leg syndrome. It can be felt on either the left or right leg – usually around the knees … It seems to be quite secure as most nights my sleep is interrupted several times. It only happens when I am laying down (for bed) or on long air flights.

I have tried as many techniques that I have found on the internet. Are there medications, or etc. that I can use to deal with this. I am an executive and sleep is critical to my work as well as sense of well being. Thank you.
