do
Brief Answer:
You can take pramipexole as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Pramipexole is the approved drug for restless leg syndrome.
It can be started at a low dose of 0.125 mg at bed time.
In case with renal disease, dose needs to be modified according to creatinine clearance. The increase in dose should be slow.
Iron profile should be done for any coexisting iron deficiency.
Other medications can be continued.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
