Suggest Treatment For Restlessness, Poor Concentration And Tremors In The Body

Question: I feel restlessness in my mind sometimes. At those times,my mind is not able to concentrate.A little bit shaking in body also. What is the possible reason?

You are young and no past medical history. Inability to concentrate, restlessness and shaking are symptoms of anxiety if no physical cause if found.

Let me know,

- Since when problem is there and what is frequency and duration of such symptoms?

- Do you have any physical problem or are you taking any medicines?

- Are passing through any kind of stress (emotional, social, occupational or economical)?

- Please undergo investigations - Complete blood count, Thyroid hormone profile, Serum vitamin B12 level and revert back to me with reports.

- Are there any other symptoms you facing?
