Question : I was running and I fell and scraped my left knee. The scrape is about 1 inch and the skin is scraped off - could I have injured my knee- I can bend it and walk on it

it's likely a superficial injury. if you can bend and stand on the knee the discomfort is likely related to the superficial injury.

try some ibuprofen for the inflammation. a bandage may help promote healing as well.
