Question : 24 year male hospitalised for retainal tear.kindly review all attched docuements and past history and please confirm whether the current condition is complecation of pre-existing conditions.

My dear
Thanks for sending your query along with detailed records.The tears have been taken care of .Cause of this tear can always be blunt injury mentioned.There always is a role of your pre existing myopia,for which as your records show,Lasik was done in 2010.
Role of blunt injury can always be compounded by high myopia.So both these are responsible for tears,tbough I was not able to mark pre 2010 level of myopia,that would have helped assess role of high myopia in your case.
