Question: Hi Doctor. Can you please help me from retrograde ejaculation? Really wanting to start a family, but all i produce is dry orgasm and then it comes out when I go to the toilet through my urine.

Apart from sudafed which is a brand name of the drugs pseudoephedrine, you can also have imipramine, chlorpheniramine, phenylephrine. These drugs help in closing bladder neck during ejaculation so that it can not go backwards into bladder.

Its been about 2 years that ive experienced retrograde ejaculation. No neurological illness. The only thing, many years ago I had an external assist on my genitals. That what they told me it was. How can you please help me.

He/she will order urine examination to look for sperms in the urine. If present then they can be isolated and used for IVF. You need to consult a infertility specialist.
