A Chinese doctor diagnosed this and is recommending a micro surgery. Just wondering what options there are. Surgery, antibiotics, etc....

I will suggest that he consult an ENT specialist. The current doctor suggested a minimally invasive surgery ( I believe from his description they would plan to drain it), but the only concern I have is the likelihood of him getting an infection. His wife works for me and she is very concerned.. I just wanted to offer any guidance I could. Thanks. Any other suggestions, I would be happy to relay them. Thanks again.
