Question : I was recently diagnosed with RBBB after a drop in postassium that led to an emergency room visit. An echocardiogram was normal and no pain associated with my heart. Is there any cure?

You don't need any treatment...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking to HCM!

There is no treatment for RBBB only you can get potassium tablets to correct hypokalemia.

Please keep in mind that RBBB is an ECG finding not a disease. This is why you don't need any treatment for it.
