I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello XXXXXXX

I carefully reviewed your uploaded ECG recordings and would explain that there is nothing wrong results from your ECG.

QRS interval duration is just 104 ms and no slurred S waves in I, aVL V5-V6 leads is present; as well as no typical RSR' (or rSR'[r'] is present in lead V1.

So, to conclude no evidence of right bundle branch block (RBBB) is present.

ECG machines are equipped with some rigid algorithms for detection of any abnormality, but they need medical revision as not rarely false conclusions are drawn.

If you don't have any recent complaints or clinical symptomatology you don't have to worry about anything. No further medical investigation or specialist opinion is necessary.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further questions, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
