Question : What should I do I have bad Right sided chest pain. It goes to my back and Right shoulder blade. It feels like someone is sticking a sword into me and are going in and out. I suffer from Reflux and am on medication for this ??

Such pain can be caused by gallstones (very characteristic symptom) or some chest issue including rib nerve irritation or pneumothorax.

I suggest you to consult your doctor. Abdominal ultrasound and chest x-ray should diagnose it.
