                                            Question : numbness of pelvis and torso right side only; numbness when urinating (also right side); lump on tail 
bone; also sciatica; all came on suddenly after massage. She also has large fibroid tumors but physiatrist
does not think this could be caused by the tumors and does not think she has had a stroke; female age 45

I read your question and I understand your concern. Numbness in pelvic and torso area worsening on urination and massage with history of sciatica is likely sciatica flareup and needs evaluation of the nerve pinched and see if any intervention needed. Fibroids can cause pain also in back as well but more likely sciatica is involved. Physiotherapy sessions, workup like MRI scan of spine to see the extent of compression and consult a spine surgeon and let them decide what is best for her sciatica.
