Question: numbness of pelvis and torso right side only; numbness when urinating (also right side); lump on tail

Numbness in pelvic and torso area worsening on urination and massage with history of sciatica is likely sciatica flareup and needs evaluation of the nerve pinched and see if any intervention needed. Fibroids can cause pain also in back as well but more likely sciatica is involved.
