Question : My 11 year old son is complaining of right side pain, no trauma. Constant pain, worse when sitting or walking. Not tender or more painful to the touch. Wondering if I should take home to urgent care

Brief Answer:
Try acetaminophen first.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I would recommend you to try giving him tylenol (acetaminophen). If the pain does not resolve, it would be a good idea to visit urgent care.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
