Question : retired trauma nurse 67 year old female, no meds, hx osteoporosis R hip, vitamins daily, runner symptoms: slow onset pain right flank 4 days ago , radiates to right shoulder, increase pain with inspiration, no fever, no N/V/D, no visible blood in urine, slight increase in pain with some movement, no pain relief with OTC meds. Traveling in Europe should I see a doctor

Hi
As per your description, it looks like Right sided Ureteric stone or Appendicitis. As the pain is radiating, it goes more in favour of Ureteric stone.
Please consult a Doctor if possible and get an Ultrasound abdomen which gives a clue.
As OTC medicines have not worked, diagnosis should be confirmed after consultation only.
