Brief Answer:
ENT specialist to be consulted...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry about the health situation you are in.

1. Having cold is commonly associated with problems with blocked/runny nose and ear issues as you are experiencing now.

2. You are reporting to be using nasal spray. That will help you get the airways free, thus, the communication between ear and nose (Eustachi tube) will get free of any secretion. Consecutively your problems will subside.

3. Aerosol therapy is highly recommended.

4. I also advise to monitor your blood pressure, record the results to pass them to your doctor.

If still no improvement, should consult with ENT specialist for further evaluations.

Wish fast recovery!
