Brief Answer:
Looking like fungal infection, apply clotrimazole or sertaconazole cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be ringworm infection which is a superficial fungal infection of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply antifungal cream clotrimazole cream or sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
If the rash is associated with itching she can take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
