Brief Answer:
rosacea

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
It is looking like rosacea.
In this disease blood vessels if face dilate and give reddish appearance to face.
Exposure to heat or sunlight is the main cause.
I usually treat my patients with topical metronidazole cream in night and sunscreen with spf 50 in day.
Capsule doxycycline is also helpful. You can meet your doctor and discuss regarding these drugs.
Hope this helps.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
