Brief Answer:
?? Rotator cuff injury

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am sorry to hear about the injury you sustained sir, but in my opinion it sounds like a rotator cuff injury which can also present with symptoms like:

+Pain experienced when lifting or lowering the arm
+Cracking sensation or feeling when moving the shoulder in certain angles or positions
+Pain while lying on the affected shoulder
+Pain at rest at times
+Weakness when lifting your arm or any object
and a few others.

Confirmation of the diagnosis is made by a physical examination and an X-ray of the region. Treatment can include physical therapy, pain and inflammation management medication, restricting activities, rest, etc. But it is important to assess your status by a doctor and then decide whether your most suited treatment approach will be surgical or non-surgical.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
