                                            Question : I developed rotator cuff pain after yard work two days ago and have been icing the shoulder and taking ibuprofen.  It is less tender today but I still can't extend my arm above shoulder height.  Should I get an MRI?

1.Are you having any history of trauma or fall on shoulder?
2.Are you also having stiffness of the shoulder?
3.Are you a Diabetic or Thyroid problem?
