Question : Hi can we give soolan paediatric syrup instead of maxtra drops to a 6 months old baby for cough running nose And sneezing ? If not then please recommend a medicine

Hi her mother is also having headache,running nose and sneezing problem, what could be the best medicine for her considering that she is feeding these days? We are in dubai and it will be helpful if you could let us know medicine which is available here. Would advil cold and sinus plus telfast 120mg ,help her? Thanks
