Question : Hi Doctor,
Our baby is 1yr 6months old and has running nose from yesterday afternoon. So, we started putting XXXXXXX + drops, yesterday twice and today 1ml each time at 9am,1pm and 4:30PM. Should we continue or visit doctor, also what is the XXXXXXX dosage allowed in a day and min gap between two doses.

Usually cold and cough with fever is viral in nature.
It may take a few days to settle.
Don't give more than 1ml.
Usually minimum gap of eight hours is recommended.
But as you have already given three doses, I suggest you to get your baby examined by your doctor.
Taking medicines without clinical examination may be dangerous at this age.
I would suggest to visit your doctor rather than to continue alex-p.

The Alex+ was recommended by doctor last time when she had cold, so should we continue with Alex+ and see for more time or visit today?
