Question: Dr. XXXXXXX Bhavsar

sir i have to discus some some problems. i am again in flue condition . i was very much normal but again flue or cold came. i have runny nose , i have cough and phlegm. and all this start with an anti mosquito spray. which i used last week. but sir i was not as much sensitive before. now i from 2 days i observe blood from nose , its small amount but its enough to give me tention. sir if i see last 6 month. i have flue or cold symptoms near about 4 times. which is too much. as i told you before from last 2 month i was living in a place with grass and trees. and i have observed these are the reasons. that increase my problems. my eyes becomes watery and i start sneezing , my ears also feel different suddenly. but now i have proper flue like symptoms. means i feel a little hot air from my nose. does such things are normal ? because i have a fear of big disease. Most of my problems are related to sinus or allergy. but when i checked on internet .it was clearly mentioned that sinus is more comes to people with hiv. is that true?
and one more problem is related to one pimple on my scrotum . which once cause to bleed too much. now again from last 2 weeks i have same type of pimple. i am in a fear it can tear. what could be the reason of that?

i have a fear of hiv. its not possible for me to do test right now.

yes sir i have fear. and also this pimple is not going to finish. thats why i am worried

yes sir i wear cotton underwear but its not always. other material i also use. but such type of pimple never came before. one time 2 month back apeared. and after that it teared will a lot of blood . and now i think its same place again.
i have perspiration but not as much because its not very much hot here. weather is almost pleasant .
Yes i have pubic hairs. but how excessive i cannot say . but i have.

now sir my cold or flue is very much reduced. but still i have a little irritations in my ear and throat in morning. Fear of hiv became because i am not going to finish such conditions. thats why i am feared.
can u pleasle suggest me something that can bring me out from such situation?

sir can you please suggest something for my throat and phlegm problems? means i have phlegm .which reduce sometimes but when i feel normal . again sneezing and throat irritation start. and also i feel some irritation in my ears. does it possible due to my environment? means i am living in grassy area will many trees? or its just a symptom of some big disease?

ok sir thanks for your reply .. one last question that i have is. from somedays now i feel hot air feeling in my nose and i feel my hands more warm. but i dont have fever. is that also related with my allergy and cold? how can i come out of this. ?
