Brief Answer:
antihistamine will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would advise that you should add an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day along with Mucinex D. This will help in controlling your symptoms of running nose. You can take paracetamol 500mg for pain.
I would suggest some investigations like :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Sputum examination.
These will help in planning further medical management like indication of including antibiotics.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
