Brief Answer:
You can give syrup containing decongestant

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Most of the time the running nose in this age is due to some viral infection or allergic disorder.

I would like to know if there is any past history of similar complaints or history of repeated cough and cold(not associated with fever or relieved by nebulisation) also if there is any history of allergy in the family.
From your past queries I got to know that there is history of papular urticaria(also a form of hypersensitivity/allergic reaction). These child are prone to develop repeated allergic rhinitis(cold).
I would suggest you to give syrup containing antiallergic like chlorpheniramine and decongestant like phenylephrine(like Tminic).
Please get it prescribed by a pediatrician.
I request you to give me the detail of current regular medication.

I hope this helps you.
Please do ask if you have any more query.
Regards
