Brief Answer:
Treatment for rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Is your runny nose from a cold or allergy?

I see you are already using a decongestant.

You can add to that an over the counter steroid nasal spray such as Flonase. You can get this at most any drug store. It will likely take a few days for it to start working maximally. Steroid nasal sprays help stabilize the mucus membranes of the nose and sinuses so that there is less reactivity. It can help during a cold or allergy.

Be sure to read the package instructions for the positioning of your head when using the spray so that it doesn't all go down your throat.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
