Question : I just noticed a scab on my scrotum the front/top I messed with it a little and a tad bit of puss came out. After I showered the scab came off and left a little hole and it's slightly red. I have been sweating a lot and didn't show last night or before been on the road sleeping in my truck and I noticed my scrotum was getting caught in awkward places maybe causing it to rub. Brief Answer:
Folliculitis scrotum, need for antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed scrotal pyoderma which might be secondary to folliculitis.
Since you are in a profession requiring prolonged sitting, so sweating along with pull on hair could have resulted in this infection .
Wash the affected area with Lukewarm water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily .
Wear cotton undergarments.
Take some oral anti inflammatory agent like ibuprofen or paracetamol.
You might need oral antibiotics if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
