Question : I have small scab on the inside of my ear. Not painful but will bleed if scab is picked at. It is sore in the morning from sleeping on it. Does not affect my hearing. The scab is about the 1/2 x 1/2 inch

Hello,
I have read your note and looked at the images you included.
This looks like it could be a form of skin cancer. You need to see a doctor and let them look at this and perhaps do a biopsy.
It does not look like a melanoma which is the most dangerous form of skin cancer but it still needs to be diagnosed and treated.
The best thing to do is to keep it clean but not rub on it excessively.
Make an appointment with your doctor or with a dermatologist as soon as possible.
