Question : I was diagnosed with scabies and the dr gave me ivermectin to take five 3 mg tablets for three days which I did but today (day 4) I am itching awful is that normal

Itching in scabies takes 3-4 weeks to resolve even if treated properly. It is normal to have itching even after taking ivermectin.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily till your itching subsides.
