Thanks for the details. Your symptoms are suggestive of scabies only. It is a mite infestations, which is a common problem specially in crowded living , where one comes in contact with several people.
It requires a simple treatment. You can use any antiscabies lotion which is available in pharmacy like benzyl benzoate, GBH, or tablet permethrin. It a single time application which cures scabies. Take some antihistamines like cetrizine along with it to have symptomatic relief from itching.
You need to visit your dermatologist for confirmation of the diagnosis and get the drugs prescribed. Take care in future.
