Brief Answer:
ivermectin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

scabies in immunocompromised patients is treated with oral ivermectin (200mcg/Kg on day 1 and 200mcg/Kg on day 14). The toxic substance lindane 1% can be used for local treatment (if other regimens fail). It should be applied in a thin layer starting from the neck and going lower to the whole body (no face application). The drug has to remain on the body for 8 hours and then the patient should remove it.

Kind Regards!
