I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. How is the pattern of hair loss. ?. Is it more on frontal and Crown area?

For fungal infection i would recommend using ketoconazole lotion or shampoo daily for 2 weeks followed by weekly twice. I also advise to take anti fungal like fluconazole tab weekly once for 1 month.

Ketoconazole lotion or shampoo is available as over the counter. You can get in brands like nizoral. You can also use minoxidil solution 5% for local application for hair growth. This is also available as over the counter. You can get this in brands like tugain or regain.

Hair grow supplements containing biotin and other essential nutrients is good also. Follihair and keraglo are some of them.
