Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed seborrheic dermatitis.
It happens due to over production of sebum from sebaceous glands.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid shampoo like flucinolone to be used daily for a month.
For nose a steroid cream like cortisone can be used as once daily application.
You can try these and let me know the results.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This Will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
