Question : My wife has scarring from an episiotomy that was performed during the birth of our last child many years ago making intercourse very painful. Therefore, our sex life has been dramatically affected and hasn't exactly helped our marriage. Creams have not helped. Is there anything more that can be considered?
Brief Answer:
Repeat surgery

This scar tissue can be removed by a small surgery. I suggest you see your gynecologist and explain the problem. This is a small procedure which will benefit you.
