I have gone through your query and i have viewed the images.
After the wounds heal and you may start applying contractubex gel, 2x daily or 3x daily for a few weeks. This gel contains allantoin, allium cepae extract and heparin which prevents as well as improves scars resulting from surgery, wounds and burns.

I heard that there are some creams which can be applied regularly on wounds even before healing so that when wounds heals scars are already very minimized . Is that true?

Not really.
For wounds such as this the goal is to let the wounds heal as soon as possible without them developing bacterial infection. Infection can delay wound healing and cause scaring. Therefore you should use topical antibiotic ointment or do antiseptic dressings and if required also start oral antibiotics so that the wounds heal faster without developing any infection.
Any scar that forms can only be managed after the wound heals.
