Brief Answer:
A few suggestions for you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for asking on HCM!

I passed carefully through your medical history and recent complains, and I have e few suggestions for you.

(1) Regarding the chest pressure and irregular beats feeling, I would recommend you to perform a resting ECG coupled with some blood tests (including cardiac enzymes: CK-MB, Troponin). A careful physical examination by your doctor (internist or cardiologist) is necessary to rule out an acute coronary syndrome. You need to check also your blood pressure values and reconfirm your antihypertensive therapy.

(2) Regarding those left arm and leg pains (after ruling out any possible ischemic heart disorders), it is highly recommended to perform a visit to your neurologist for a comprehensive physical exam and possibly brain CT or MRI (probable stroke or other cerebral lesions, like tumor, etc) should be excluded.

Hope to have been helpful to you.

Feel free to ask me whenever you need. Greetings! Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
You should pay attention and see your doctor without delay.

Detailed Answer:

Hello again!

I recommend you to consult your doctor without delay, as your symptoms keep disturbing you for 4 days till now. You need to talk to your doctor and investigate in some directions, as I suggested you above. A careful work up will rule out important causes, that may be compatible with your clinical scenario.

Wish you a good health! Dr. Iliri
