Question : I have been having Sciatica pain on my right and left side for about 2 weeks I was given flexural which bearly takes the edge of the pain away

I have gone carefully through your query but unfortunately it is not complete. Sciatica is a painful condition which occurs when the spinal nerves supplying the lower limbs get compressed at their exit from the sides of the vertebral canal. This neuropathic pain can be dealt with by spinal exercises, spinal traction, hot compress and analgesics.
