Question: I have sciatica pain for the last two weeks. What can I do to alleviate it other than taking Tylenol?

In addition to pain medications, physical therapy should be advised. This generally improves recovery and relieves pain. Should these measures fail to control pain, we may consider steroid injections and finally surgery. For now, seeing a physical therapist is the next best step.
