Suggest Treatment For Scratches Inside Cheek And Near Gum Line

Question: I feel like scratches on my cheeks inside mouth. Mostly near to dental line. These are tiny bumps scattered from cheeks to corners of lips. I do not use denture. No mouth injury. Last year I had ulcers on cheeks , after that these are permanent. slight burning sensation. Visited to doctor, he perscribed folic acid tab,b12 vitamins, acid depressent tab, pin worm bandy+12, but not cured. Pls tell what is this

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having aphthous stomatitis due to vitamin deficiency or acid reflux.
If I were your treating Doctor for this case, I would advise you
Syrup Mucaingel before meal,
Tab Vitamin C twice daily,
Syrup Zincovit twice daily,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine in night,
Mouth wash Antiseptic chlorhexidine &
Continue folic acid, B12 vitamins, acid depressant medication (Antacid).
Avoid tablet omnacortil. High ESR is common in long term diseases.

You will get relief.

pls suggest good medicines name for antacid, vitamin B12, vitamin C. how long should i take these medicines? should i contact you again if not cured? is there need of specific test to determine said vitamin deficiency to be ensure as i have already taken vitamin B12 tabs.

Thanks for the follow up query.
I would advise you ,
Syrup Mucaingel before meal which will act as antacid as well as local anaesthetics ,
Tab Vitamin C ( Tab Limcee ) twice daily &
Multi vitamin minerals Zincovit syrup twice daily .

You need to continue this drugs till you have oral discomfort .
Avoid any addiction if you have like tobacco & alcohol .

If you are vegetarian , you can do vitamin B12 assay .
Oral problem mostly because of multi vitamins & minerals deficiencies .

Hi Dr. Krunal Karade,
Good morning. i got some releif, if say it is around 40%. now when i rub my inside cheeks, then i feel softer instead of like scratches but bumps on cheeks are not cured completely. on lips corner, no releif. on lips corner its like something red& whitish tiny bumps are sprouting out. no burning sensation. i am taking continually perscribed medicines. Now there is burning sensation in my stomac in right side & food passeage tube.

one problem is with me from last around 1 month that i feel pain in my both ears and throat simultaniously. when i try to clean my ear with ear buds, there is pain in ear and i start to coughing. this pain feels like nails in ear.

You should consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination, necessary investigations and treatment.

Till then,
Use Ciplox D ear drop 3-3-3-3 drops in both ear for ear pain,
avoid using ear bud & keep ear dry. Use only ear drops.

For lip lesion use Metrogyl dg dental gel twice daily &
Esomeprazole 40mg for stomach discomfort in morning.

You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription.
