Question : when the weather changes from warm to cold, or shine to rain I start with a cough that seems to be below my XXXXXXX apple. Benvonatate Cap 100mg seem to calm the cough but only for a short time.

Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you most probably suffering from the seasonal laryngitis due to allergens.

In this condition, I personally prescribe tablet containing fexofenadine with montelukast for atleast 10 days before the onset of specific season after consulting with your doctor.

But to rule out other disease go for laryngoscopy, X Ray chest and pulmonary function test.
