Question : I need help identifying what like a sebaceous cyst in my genital area. Attached is a picture. It has been there for three weeks. Gets bigger when irrritated.
A few details that matter: i run alot in tight fitting pants, i shower every 3 or 4 days, i am a type 1 diabetic, i have had more than 5 sexual partners in my past, and this new skin problem is the only one in my gential area. It was a smooth pink before and now it has a whitish center. I also tried to puncture it before, it scabbed, and has healed.

Brief Answer:
Could be a Bartholin cyst
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the details provided but do not see any image attached. I would be glad if you kindly reattach it. However, going by the description, it seems that you have a Bartholin's cyst. Usually it does not require any treatment. But if it is too problematic, surgical drainage or excision may be done.

Brief Answer:
It is a boil, caused due to a bacterial infection.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back and for attaching the images. I have checked the attached images. It shows neither sebaceous cyst nor Bartholin's cyst. It seems to be a bacterial infection, a boil. Apply T-Bact (mupirocin) ointment topically. Gradually it will resolve. Also use clotrimazole powder to keep the area dry.
Hope that helps.
